You are Never Too Old...

I set out today to try and work on freezing motion for the Camera Settings Challenge. This may not have been the best shot to show it, but it was my favorite shot of the day. It spoke to me! This wonderful lady was part of a neighborhood running club, the runners were all rather spread out, but most were men and younger than she was, I just loved her spirit and tenacity.
