Do you ever get the feeling you are being followed? by ukandie1

Do you ever get the feeling you are being followed?

Here I am dipping my toes back into 365! I met up with @taffy today at Graceland Cemetery (that is the one in Chicago, nothing to do with Elvis) we did not do to much photography but enjoyed a few hours catching up.

@taffy shot can be seen here https://365project.org/taffy/the-also-ran-ph/2019-05-10#post-comment I love how it shows the color and texture of the monument.

Eternal Silence the Statue of Death! This is the resting place of Dexter Graves, a hotel owner who was one of the first settlers in the area.
@taffy this was the best of the few shots I took. I am feeling very rusty in LR, hopefully today will help me get out of my rut!

This is fantastic!!! I love your take on it, the way the reflection takes center stage. Title is perfect too. I've downloaded and had the same feeling that this was the best of my shots (not the same as yours, but the site). And I stopped at the North Avenue garage on the way home and took some train shots... a fun day together!

Must view on black. I love that the statue is moving out of the frame with its reflection in hot pursuit. I’ve missed you here...hope you’ll be back soon

Wow what a strong image Andie! Back with a bang! Good to see you posting again! Hope you and the family are all well? How’s your dog getting on?

Hi Andie, good to see you back here. Love the way you've shot this statue, and so different from the shot by @taffy. I like them both, to me this is less creepy and more melancholy. Interesting contrast.

@pamknowler Thank you Pam. Finn is fantastic! He has totally mellowed out and rarely barks at anything now. It took us a while to understand that his barking was anxiety, and that he barked because he was terrified of anything that was different and anything that felt threatening, once we figured that out and he understood that being with us was safe things changed really quickly. He has got to the point now where we can let him off the lead at the park, and he is totally sociable. I can't imagine not having him now!

@ukandie1 so pleased to hear Finn has settled in really well and especially that you are now confident to let him off lead in the Park. They become such a close part of our lives and I am thrilled for you that he is a happy and contented dog! Well done for your efforts!
