More from the Chicago Botanic Gardens, and more water lilies. This was taken at the top of the waterfall where some more lilies are in bloom. I liked how the top of this picture goes to nothing where the water drops off at the start of the waterfall, kind of like those infinity pools. I went with a processing with more extreme blacks and whites.
The natural instinct with a blossom as pretty as a lily is to shoot it in color, but I really like that you've captured this in b/w. I do like the choice you made to fade out the edge of the water fall- it gives the whole picture a very dreamy feel. That being said, fav!
