Early rise this morning to catch the lovely mists at a retention pond near our house. The rays of light catching the mists off the water raised my mood exponentially.
@taffy thanks Taffy - the retention pond has receded. There was a point when I wet running by it one morning (without my camera) that the picnic bench was completely surrounded by water - but I missed that shot! Much of our town was really badly hit. Lots of flooded homes. We were very lucky!
