I had a coffee on a balcony, and he was waiting.... for me to turn away so that he could slither closer and lick my cappuccino foam. Always a comfort and a pleasure to take picture of his "loving" eyes. By the way, it's only possible for strangers to see him in pictures, as he aggressively attacks anyone (beyond the four of us) who ever crosses our threshold.

@divast8er@kauaikris Your comment made me laugh, Melissa! I think I would be intimidated by him if I wouldn't have found him 12 years ago when he was about 5 days old. So, he is like a very grown up kid, who thinks he is big and important now, but you as a parent know that he used to be small and somewhat pathetic. :) But apart from this, he IS a heavy, beautiful, large and serious cat. Thank you all so much for all the compliments to my cat! I will pass them onto him, although I don't think he would really grasp the niceness of all that attention. Not a people-person.. well people-cat .. that one. He's been with us for the last 12 years, through many moves and even the overseas one. And yes - he keeps an eye on the "intruders" :)
Oh those eyes.... yes, when he looks at you her is really "looking" or rather "staring". He has this dark "eye-liner" around his eyes, and I think it helps in the picture to define his eyes and make them really stand out. Oh yes... plus that metallic cold-blooded stare he does so well! :) Thank you all for stopping by and commenting!
