@lygolden Hi Luise! Funny you noticed it - he actually ended up sitting in the middle of ..... placemat that was on the window sill as I cleaned the table. That's why I first grabbed the camera, because he looked very nicely "served" on it. But then I noticed the light on the paws. Thank you for your comment!
@maggiemae Oh yes.... they are always squeaky clean, and I wish I could also capture it in a photo - they smell wonderfully! and have some long white hairs sticking out from between the fingers/toes.

@kwind Ohh, great idea!!!! I actually first took pictures of his furry ear, before I moved to the paws, as it is also oh so lovely. The addition of "how people do for newborns" made me smirk :) I don't even have baby albums for my kids!

It was one of the days where cat needed to come for the rescue as a subject and... he is just a lovely one, but also a challenging one, as he does not wait for the photographer to get it all right.
