I didn't have my zoom lens with me playing water battle in the garden with the kids.... when we heard a strange scratching noise from above and saw this. With the tail, "it" would be about 2.5 feet long. Strong and scary - sometimes it would lay down on the little platform (apparently created for "it's" suntanning purposes) and sometimes "it" would climb down onto the balcony's floor and come back after some time. Just a snapshot, but for me it was the discovery of the day!
