If there are too many people in front of the thing you want to photograph, the solution is then to make them a part of your image :). At Musée d'Orsay in Paris, which is located in a building that used to be a train station and has these magnificent clocks on the facade that you can see up-close from the inside.
Thanks for visiting!
I loooove this Vera!!! You're so SMART :) I love the architecture of the Musée d'Orsay, I believe I liked visiting it (inside) better than the Louvre - but it's been quite a few years... Anyway I just love this image!
@parisouailleurs What exciting stuff you learn on 365! No, I didn't know that! How funny. And now the dam is broken and there is more selfies than a museum should be able to handle! :)
Oh my! Thank you so much for such a wonderful response to the Musee d'Orsay shot! Glad you enjoyed it!
@daisyditch - Don't worry! I got so many "touristy" shots that I fear for my storage space! :)
@kerosene - I did enjoy it, although I should say I would have enjoyed it much more without the little one who thinks the main purpose to coming to any museum is to run around and slide back and forth on the slippery wood floors.
@vignouse Thank you! That was one of those "spur of the moment" shots where you realise you don't have to wait for your turn, but have to press your shutter now, while everyone else is busy taking pictures.
@tracys And I notice it sometimes too that some things don't appear in my feed! I thought I was just noticing everything, but now that you mention it, I think that really happens.
