For my get pushed challenge. We were driving to my kids' checkup today, and I realised that I will miss that kind of "driving to the doctor" once me move - with gorgeous golden fields, green rolling hills, occasional castle on the hilltop.... I only had my cell phone with me, but nonetheless - here is the shot. For my "Get Pushed Challenge" from Mary Siegle @mcsiegle of photographing what I will miss once we move to the US.
@kerosene Yes, it's very nice. I've lived there for 12 years all the way through grad school and beyond. It's vibrant, international, full of energy place, which is also quite full of itself, but in a nice kind of way. So, I am also looking forward to go back, of course. But there is nothing I can do - I know I will miss lots of things from Germany. :) And Europe in general.
Boy, I would miss that view also. I absolutely love the rolling Flint Hills where I live, but as @maggiemae said, no castles and I live in town so I don't even have a view of the hills as I head to the Dr. -- unless I take the scenic route round and about.
@vera365 I know exactly what you mean Vera!! When I return to France I am always happy to be around things or aspects I've missed. But so many experiences your family and you must have, it's wonderful!
