We have had a week of HOT weather. Everything was in need of a good watering. After a week of 90-101 degree weather, it has cooled down to lower than normal weather. Very typical for us here. I know that many of you are laughing at us thinking we have a heat wave...when those temps are normal for you. I love the changes in weather that we have, from the hot we get in August to the ice and snow we get in January.

@nanalisarocks I do too...nothing much that I do depends on the weather. Last night I woke up and heard thunder, then the rain started and I just hunkered under the covers and fell back to sleep.
@karenann Thanks, Karen, and yes, the weather here in Oregon is just right as far as I am concerned...every so often it does get a bit old with the rain day after day when I want to get out and get the flowers going, etc. but eventually it does come out and all is green and beautiful and I am thankful for that rain, especially when other states are burning up with fires right now.
