The tree is loaded this year! I thinned them out, but evidently not enough! And just to be sure you don't think my grammar is horrible, this is an old slang expression around here.
@michelle58 just in case you don't know...the Fruit Loop is a drive up the Gorge from here where orchards are planted of all kinds of fruit...apples, peaches, pears, cherries...a gorgeous place to go shoot for sure in all the seasons...with a view of Mt Hood and beautiful red barns. Plus you can pick or just buy your fruit there too.
My neighbor's tree looked much them same! She brought me a load of them and I can't decide if I should can applesauce or pie filling. Oh, the choices. What will you do with yours?
