I ran on the Olympic track yesterday! Here is looking back at the arch that the athletes ran through to the track. Oh I just love the ruins here. So much more than the Acropolis/Parthenon. We practically had the place to ourselves as we strolled around. So much there to see. The actual track was a little underwhelming, but that is OK, the whole place was amazing.
When my study tour went to Greece, we only went into the stadium in Athens- not Olympia. But that was awesome too. However, I loved seeing the Acropolis and Parthenon- especially at night!
