Elusive House-Fly...

... ever tried panning a house-fly with a macro lens from about 200mm away as it races up a window pane and at the same time trying to keep it in focus and properly framed? I don't recommend it! This was my best attempt - if it had had its wings clipped in real-life, my task would have been easier ;-)

I bet you turned off autofocus. I had hard enough time with the seagull I was trying to capture and it was a ways off can't image trying to do this.
