Former Mill Cottage by vignouse

Former Mill Cottage

Built by the banks of the former mill stream in the hamlet of Le Gué whose main claim to fame is that is was the former fiefdom of le Roi Salomon in the 9th C. The mill itself is 100metres north of here and is now a rather grand private dwelling.
What a wonderful find! The mill cottage just peeking out from all that vegetation.

Great find of this structure that has been swallowed by the vegetation. Very nice tones and textures.

I presume it's uninhabited and if so what a shame, This is a grand looking cottage to me.

This shot certainly has a painterly look to it...I think it is the light, color tones, textures that make it look like a painting. Fav

It looks like a painting by an artist called Kincade? Really unusual. I like it!

What a wonderful fine. Reminds me of that little building that was in the center of all the trees that were cut down.
