The old quarter of Rennes is very picturesque with its narrow cobbled streets and its half-timbered buildings. It's also the centre of café-society in Rennes and the streets look as though they belong to one of the large cities in the sunny south. The temperature today was only just above freezing but the bistros and cafés had their tables set out in the streets as normal... and they had customers! Mrs S and I chose to take our morning coffee in a warm shopping mall.
This so reminds me of the street photography of @jborrases. Seeing Europe through the eyes of both of you is almost as good as being there. Off to bed my eyes are watering from trying to keep them open.
FAV
Love the pop of red and cobblestone street.
