John @jack4john suggested last week that Mondays should be 'Minimal Monday'... it's not a bad idea to start the week in an ascetic mood, so here's a minimal leaf. I expected to like this best in B&W but slightly desaturated colour won the day. There wasn't a lot of light about when I took this so the DoF is... err, minimal!
@francoise It was taken on a dark path, through a dark wood at the dark end of a dark afternoon... frankly, I'm surprised we can see anything at all ;-))
This definitely fits the bill for minimal. And Monday's are definitely a good day for such a theme.
Nice compliment on my bulrushes. I deleted 75% of the ones I took that day. (3 of the 4). The hefty breeze made it a challenge to catch them posed like I wanted.
Now we have started the ball rolling who knows where it will go. let me fav this little leaf which looks as if it will snap of at any moment, I'm touched that you remembered...
I'll play this week! My shot is quite minimal... then the trick is to try and remember next week...
