Overflow... or perhaps Underflow?

This is the secondary exit for the overflow from Paimpont Lake and normally in Winter this would be an angry rush of water... today there is no overflow. Nor has there been all Winter as we are currently officially in drought - normally an unheard of condition at this time of year.
