Priest & helper tidying away after Mass tonight...
This is the chapel of St.Jacques in the village of Coganne: it was built in 1620 and although not used regularly for worship, Mass is still held here a couple of times a year to maintain its status as a consecrated building. It's a pleasure and a privilege to be able to celebrate Mass in this old building.

VML how the stain glass window behind the altar adds a sense of 'now' to the chapel, almost 400 years since it was built. A mighty throng attended, a testimony to how much this chapel and its tradition are valued.
