Amaryllis

Mrs S bought two cheap supermarket Amaryllis bulbs a fortnight ago, now both of them have two flower stems and what will soon be multiple blooms... this one appears to have six flower heads!

Amaryllis are a very satisfactory photo subject at almost any development stage... I like this one!

Mine comes on a box with soil in a hard disk you soak in water and it turns to planting material. The only thing I can successfully grow, I should post a picture of the before.
