Paimpont 2018: Day 236 - Duck Island by vignouse

Paimpont 2018: Day 236 - Duck Island

Since the level of Paimpont Lake has been reduced to encourage the growth of some rare semi-aquatic plants, a number of 'islands' have formed 'off-shore' as it were. The ducks have really taken to these as it enables them to be on dry land whilst keeping a respectable distance from lake-path walkers... and their dogs!

BoB? Of course!
Beautiful low light illuminating the trees and shrubs and silhouetting the ducks on their little island.

@jacqbb Thank you Jacqueline - no this view is a few hundred metres farther on than where the bench is.

Hope the ducks know to leave the rare plants alone! This is a lovely scene and the light is perfect. Fav
