Nice detail and muted tones... this makes me remember cooling with fresh garlic the very first time and I thought the an entire garlic was a clove... you can just imagine how my dish tasted... I got tired of cutting & chopping way before it all went in but it is a rather funny story and long before the Internet brought info to our fingertips.
