A Year of Days - Day 316: River Guindy at Tréguier

We're spending a couple of days away at a favourite place, Tréguier in North Brittany on the estuary of the River Guindy. This was the estuary seenat mid-tide this afternoon just along from where our Motor Home is parked. This is also a second offering for the ONS 10 Challenge - Day 4 Motion... the motion here is the twice daily motion of the tides.
Delightful location and beautiful capture. I like how the water starts at the bottom of the photo and moves you through the photo.

Low tide is so wonderful, I love it when the boats sink into the mud.

Like the way the water seems to have crept into the crevices of the mud banks. Remarkable what we don't see until we look.
