Tomorrow we are hosting our walking group - about 2h30 in and around the lanes and forest paths and the afternoon ends with 'gouter'... cakes, biscuits, wine and hot drinks. Here's Mrs S beginning the preparation of 26 individual trifles - a 'delicacy' unknown in France so they always go down well with our group.
