NF-SOOC-2018 - Day 14: In totally & Totally Indifferent

Chinon hosts a night-time half-marathon the second friday of September - I was rather taken by the contrast between this runner giving his all and the two policemen... one gazing into the middle distance with a bored expression and the other completely absorbed with his mobile-phone!

@madeinnl He's just exiting the bridge over the river Vienne and the bridge is lit on both sides. Yes, the motor-cycle cop is wearing a bullet-proof vest - he's part of the rapid intervention group who can, and may have to, deal with any kind of emergency.

@maggiemae Thanks Maggiemae - I've also got panning shots of the runners but the story in this one needed the police to be in sharp focus and the runner clearly, err... running!
