OCOLOY Day 220: Stony-Faced

Impassive even as he looks out on the garden day after day...

As usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.

Inevitably, I like this best viewed on black...
Going right in my favorites. I have a fondness for stone carving such as this, and your photo of it is excellent. I love the extra space to the left and the shallow DOF

I also like the lighting of the face, it brings out it's depth and character very nicely

Another really nice one - especially how the blur of the wall contrast to the lines on the mask.

Great piece of stone work, and your shot has don't the artist credit.

Nicely lit, good DOF, the bricks make neat leading lines. This kind of shot is deceptively hard to pull off and you've done it flawlessly.

Nice shot of this statue.

I love those lines leading away behind the head, and the head is so sharp. Excellent shot.
