OCOLOY Day 225: Sharing shelf space...

...in the kitchen dresser - cut crystal wine glasses and a pair of Mrs S's porcelain figurines.

As usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile. And, once again, it is best viewed on black.
Nicely lit. Like the humour.

I love cut crystal. Supposed to be cloudy this weekend I may try some shelf photograph. Oh some shots of things I am weeding out of my house in preparation for my possible move.

@joansmor I'm on duty at the Abbey all week including a couple of evening concerts, so my opportunities for photography are somewhat limited... I'm just grateful to find something to post!

The figures look very 17th Century - in pretty good shape!

Lovely contrast of textures.
@maggiemae Would that they were in more than their style. They (and another couple) I suspect are part of a series which I found in a charity/goodwill shop many moons ago. The lady sports a label underneath, Made in Taiwan!

Such a lovely capture. Beautiful contrasts with the crystal and the porcelain.

Never mind - it goes with the book I'm reading at the moment and I refuse to recognise "Made in Taiwan'!
