OCOLOY Day 278: Stone, Steel, Wood...

...an exercise in tones and textures that reminded me of the old kids' game 'Stone, Scissors, Paper'.

This is a detail from the trackbed of the now disused rail network at neighbouring St. Méen le Grand and as usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.

Best viewed on black, I think.

Great idea for a shot , works on so many levels...

Expertly composed. As an exercise in texture this really comes off. Clear FAV for me.

A very satisfactory conclusion to your experiment I'd say, Richard

Excellent lines and tones. It does pop nicely on black too.
