This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for February it's the Fujinon 18mm f/2 on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Fuji X-Pro1) - the equivalent of a 28mm lens on a full-frame camera.
What a poser! I won't say she is beautiful, Richard, but the portrait is absolutely wonderful ... set yourself up as a professional pet photographer! Fav!
@yrhenwr This was by way of an experiment as you wouldn't normally use a 28mm lens with it's inherent perspective distortion at only 40cm or do from your subject! In the event, I rather liked the way that enlarging the left side of her head and her muzzle added to her air of superiority and aloofness which was what led me to take this shot.
