This is for my PLAY project - you can read more about it in my profile - where I'll be using a different prime lens for each month of the year: for March it's the Fujinon 60mm f/2.4 Macro on an APS-C sensor camera (today the Fuji XT2) - the equivalent of a 90mm lens on a full-frame camera.
You're right of course David, I should have used fill-flash. My feeble excuse is that the XT2 doesn't have a built-in flash! In all honesty though, even if it had a built-in flash, I wouldn't have thought of using it as fill-flash is something I've never tried - something else for the learning list😕
I thought of you and Mrs. S well I was out in spring like weather (turning chilly again) wondering if you were experiencing the rain and dreary as you seemed to so much lately or you too had lovely sun. Looks like a bit of sun this is a wonderful portrait.
