What a hectic day at work! Oh well, one more day until the weekend and, more importantly, the World Cup begins tomorrow! Again I've not had much time to think about what to shoot, but I think it's important when you hit a creative lull to just pick up your camera and snap away, as sometimes inspiration smacks you right in the face.
For this photo, fairly low light conditions meant I had to use a slow shutter speed and crank up the ISO to get a relatively sharp hand in focus for the shot, whilst keeping the face out of focus. I then massively increased the contrast and made the blacks darker and whites lighter, much like I did for yesterday's picture, except I kept this one in colour.
I might take a World Cup-related photo tomorrow. I think it'll be particularly apt. Right now though I don't have a clue about what the image could be, so I better buy that note pad I said I would on day nine and start scribbling down some ideas!
