Do you remember micro machines from the 80s and 90s? They were tiny miniature replicas of vehicles, and were very popular back then. My brother used to collect toy cars such as micro machines when he was a kid, and I was reminded of them when I created today's image.
This is simply a shot of the car park from where I work. I made the colours more vivid and then ran it through tiltshiftmaker.com to achieve this effect, although I don't think my attempt was particularly successful. I fancied doing a tilt-shift image after being showed this video last night: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fk9EBOOAYiU
The video is excellent. I'm assuming it was done using an actual tilt-shift lens that was stationed above various urban landscapes. Regular photos were taken (perhaps every few seconds) that were then put together on the computer. Or, they were filmed using a D-SLR camera and tilt-shift lens with video recording capability and then speeded up. Either way, it's brilliant (and thanks Tony for showing me)!

@rayray Thanks. Yup I know it's a tilt-shift! Just unsure whether it was a series of photos stitched together or a video speeded up. Either way, it's with a tilt-shift lens.
I remember micro machines! My brother had hundreds. I love the colors, especially the greens and blues, in this shot. The tilt-shift is a nice touch, too.
Great TS effect!
