New Year's Day is also an important day in our family. It's my grandfather's birthday, so I went round to visit and get some Indian grub whilst I was there. My little cousins are usually there too, the youngest being only a few months old. Taran was born on 9 September and I took a photo of him on that day. Look how much he has changed since!
The little tyke is so cute; I just can't stop holding him and kissing his little chubby cheeks. He reminds me of my younger brother at that age, and coincidentally Taran's big brother is seven, which is about the same age gap between my brother and me.
I also used my 7D's video recorder to film the two youngsters. I haven't really used this function that much so I'm not that familiar with it, but it's one of the reasons why I bought it. I'll make it a new year's resolution to get familiar with this function, because in my early 20s I was in to my videography.
