I drove in to nearby Kimberley today for a shoot. There's a grade-II listed building next to the motorway that I was interested in shooting, but I only took a few pictures before the farmer who owns the land closed the gate. Disappointed, I drove further on and came across Kimberley Cutting Nature Reserve, which is a plot of grassland with a bridge overlooking.
I'd never heard about this place, so I was pleased that I came across it before the light began to fade. Bridges always make quite interesting subjects, although I don't think my set of photos is great. You can be judge of that if you visit my Flickr page ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/vikdaddy/).
The weather's meant to get noticeably warmer this week. I for one am happy about that for two reasons: first, because it's been bitingly cold for far too long; second, because it means I'm more likely to go on outdoor shoots!
Semi-professional photographer based in Nottingham, England, I shoot mainly events and weddings. I'll be posting my work using my Fujis - X100S and X-Pro1.

As usual superb, but have come to expect that from you! Love these shots, and the ones you posted on flickr are equally beautiful. Great composition, technique, everything.
It's an interesting structure and the detail of the brickwork is superb. It could be the lens, it could be the photographer, but I do get the impression that the 7D takes super clear shots.
I love your photos.
