Today was a long day spent with our parents. Suman and I often visit both our parents on Sundays, and today was no exception. It's always nice to be fed, and I certainly stuffed my face! I got home and for the life of me couldn't think about what to shoot. Approaching midnight, I thought about all the food I ate and was inspired to do a shoot from inside my fridge.
I've seen this shot taken before, but not as if the camera was the food. I used my ultra-wide angle lens to get much of the surrounding area in the shot. I wanted to use the light from within the fridge, so without the flash and the kitchen light turned off the ISO had to be ramped up. This is at 3200 so it's clearly a noisy shot, but I think it adds to the photo.
Suman and I both have tomorrow off. We're going to stay in and sort some stuff out we've been meaning to for a very long time...
