Just arrived today in Niamey, Niger for 5 days. I went for a walk around the hotel shortly after checking in at the hotel. Temperature is quite hot here (38 degree celsius) and street were quiet. Contrary to what this photo might suggest, men and children are fine with being taken in photo. Women are much more reluctant.
