Selfie #5

Strictly a diary entry for today. I gave blood today, and will again next week, in preparation for operation number five in two weeks time to resurface and realign my hips.

I took this as a diary entry and to avoid taking the same pics all the time. Braved it to ask "excuse me whilst I freak you out, mind if I take a photo?" Thankfully, she was also in to photography, bit awkward if she wasn't.

Anyway, one periacetabular osteotomy coming up. I'll be packing my dignity in a bag for a week and picking it up on the way out.

So I'm counting this as a selfie, selfie #5.

I also hope the operation goes smoothly for you - I guess there will be a few weeks of indoor shots coming up, but hopefully in a few months you will be better than brand new!
