Downy Woodpecker

I also took this photo some weeks ago. I would like it to be a little more clear but I think you can get an idea of the personality of these little woodpeckers. They are active and enjoy the suet at the feeders. I again was far away and really cropped this photo. My plan is to get closer to the feeders with a telephoto lens and try for interesting photos. If I can get up early!

Wonderful close-up Wendy! I'd love to see the photo you were telling me about. A friend of mine has been trying to get me to do a shot with the two english creams...have them behind something really long...have the head of one sticking out of one end...and the tail of the other dog sticking out of the other end. I gave it a try behind pillows and it just didn't work out too well...lol.
