Eerie sky

Very eerie light this morning. Between 08.30 & 09.45 the sky was a very strange colour. Apparently due to Sahara sand obscuring the sun. Rain forecast later so imagine that the cars will be left with a sand layer. Good reason not to wash the car today.

We used to get this occasionally when we lived in Cyprus & obviously more orange, with it being nearer the desert. Lovely shot.
