This is by no means original. I saw something very similar to this last week which made me want to play around with some longer exposures. So, this evening, I got out my wife's guitar and my mini-mag light and went to work.
It wasn't until I sat down at my computer tonight that I noticed the theme of music, so this one plays (pun intended) really well into the theme for this week.
7 exposures, stacked together, each between 56 to 10 seconds in length.
@jgpittenger I used PS Elements to merge all seven shots together. I used the flashlight to highlight different areas of the guitar, including one where I put the flashlight inside the guitar.
Looked at this last night but was too brain tired to think about it. I love the idea and the execution. Very artistic! The additions really give it a sense of depth.
@parkerriverkid The small flashlight I use has a bluish tone to it. That, plus I think the White Balance is a little off because of the underexposure of the shot.
