The flower market on Cathedral square selling many beautiful flowers and plants at reasonable prices. White van man always seems to get in the way nowadays grrr.
It's part of the scene but if you really don't want him in the shot, you could experiment with a couple options- clone him out or change your point of view. You could also ask him to move! (hehe)
