flatbreads

I saw these here-- http://www.theppk.com/2012/05/flatbreads-with-creamy-red-pepper-scallion-spread/ and just had to try them. I didn't actually get to cook them on the grill, but they were still delicious. I did have a burger today too, but I think that I could have been satisfied with these.
