We went with our daughter & her family to support her as she competes in her 1st "Ironman" triathlon in Coeur d'Alene, ID. It's a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, then a 26.2 mile run. She's excited, and nervous!! The weather forcast for Sunday is 105 degrees!!!! The normal weather at this time of year is 75-80. I'm praying for her to have strength to endure this grueling race.
