On our way to Maine — the Delaware Memorial Bridge; the Tappan Ze Bridge in Tarrytown, New York; and a foot bridge over the Shepaug River at the Hidden Valley Preserve in Washington Depot, Connecticut (hike no. 14). The railing on the bottom was on the Shepaug River bridge — there were quotes about rivers carved into the rails.
@margonaut Not too young! They loved that movie and sang that song during one of there school concerts in 4th grade (when they study Virginia history). Thanks for reminding me — I love that song!
