It has a fine ceiling, and a curiosity in the form of a painting of Christ on the Cross wearing a skirt.
The skirt is Christ's shroud, commonly depicted in this way in 17th Century Bourgos in Spain. In fact, the picture was donated to the town of Scicli by a Spanish nobleman.
