My name is Katya and I live in St-Petersburg, Russia.

I'm 24, I work as a support enginner in software company. Apart from IT, I'm interested in ecology and green way of living, I like riding bike (although it can be tricky when you live in Russia), reading books, travelling (I visited 12 countries so far) and learning languages (I can speak English and French, although my French is not fluent yet).

I'm just a beginner in photography and I understand that my photos aren't works of art, but photography is the only piece of art in my life, and it makes me happier when I feel that I can be at least a little bit creative.

I love the city I'm living in - Saint-Petersburg - and I'd like to show it to you from different sides, as well as the life of ordinary middle-class family here in Russia.

I started my "365" project on December 1, 2011. I hope not to give it up until December 1, 2012.
