well Lynette & I had a great night out to capture this...dragged our husbands along too - well someone had to carry our bags :)
Anyway, with a low ISO & a long shutter speed I decided to add an 8 point star filter to see how that changed things, I think you can see that in the streetlights. At home & in lightroom I added some black & upped the vibrancy just a little bit. The squiggly lines in the bottom right corner were marks on the road picked up in the headlights of the oncoming cars. The blue & red dotted lines on the other side of the road were from a police car.
