Filled a balloon with water, hung out on the clothes line, hung a cloth behind it. Camera on a tripod, a long stick with a pin taped to the end of it, shutter burst, so like I said, high tech.
I removed the stick after in Photoshop but you can still see it in the water on the right hand side.
