@yonnie@calm@jillmstruss@maggiemae@eyesofbetsie@carolmw Thanks for the comments. I love this house it is the largest house in my hometown and sits on a small hill.It was always a thrill to go to it on Halloween, back in the days when Trick or Treat was still held in the evening.
@catwoman2 Mary, You should definitely write a ghost story about this house. I do know it had a ballroom back in it's glory days, and that there are several people that claim it's haunted. My favorite story about it is how it was built. Rumor has it that Mr Hine, one of the two more prosperous business men in town asked to buy the other businessman's house as a gift for his son's wedding. When the house owner refused the angry Mr Hine built this huge Victorian mansion for his son next door completely dwarfing the original home.
