Ande and I went to lunch at Taste of Belgium today. Way, way up on a shelf next to the ceiling was a gnome guarding the restaurant. LOVE IT!! Every restaurant should have a gnome. 😆
@gardenfolk A lot of the filters in PS are in PicMonkey. What I did here was:
1. Selected the gnome.
2. Inversed the selection so everything but the gnome was selected.
3. Applied a radial filter which made everything look like it was moving except the gnome.
