OMG. These were not easy to make! I met up with my friend V who is an amazing baker and we set off to try baking cake pops.
These are delicious Italian cheesecake pops. It took us a few missed pops to get to this results - you know all these things you need to consider! Getting the consistency right so the cake doesn't slide down the pop, getting the icing in the right consistency, don't letting it dry too soon so decoration can be added...!
My contribution was limited to rolling the dough into balls and putting decoration on. The difficult part, V took over :)
